Facilities Use Requirements

Use of any district facilities including athletic games and practices, community events, special events, performances and concerts after school, evenings and weekends need to be scheduled through Facilitron.  

Staff members and/or citizens must submit request through Facilitron whenever a facility is to be used outside of the regular school day, except for school district athletic & performance events. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY 
If schools are canceled, ALL evening facilities rentals are canceled.
If schools are dismissed early, ALL evening facilities rentals are canceled. 
If schools have a delayed opening and weather conditions continue to improve, all afternoon and evening facilities rentals will be held at their regularly schedule time.

at 360-448-6480 for updated information.
